Wellness isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I had to live through to survive.

Years ago, I silently struggled with an autoimmune condition that affected every part of my life. My energy was off. My body was inflamed. I was constantly in survival mode.

I didn’t just want to feel better—I needed to take my life back.

That journey led me to study the mind-body connection, focus on anti-inflammatory recovery, and develop a lifestyle rooted in nervous system regulation, mindset, movement, and self-care.

I redefined what wellness means for me:

Once I mastered it—I healed. I stopped taking medication. I no longer live in pain. And I’ve made it my mission to guide others through the same transformation.
